These terms govern this website, the quote form, the chat assistant, and text messages from Turner Lacaze, a licensed producer with Maury, Donnelly & Parr Inc (“MDP”). By using the site or opting in to SMS, you agree to them. Read our Privacy Policy as well.

The site

This site is for hospitality, hotel, and restaurant insurance information and inquiries in Charleston and the Lowcountry. It does not sell policies online and does not take payment. Coverage illustrations and FAQs are general and do not bind coverage or quote a price.

Please be advised coverage cannot be bound, altered, or changed without receiving verbal or written correspondence from a licensed MDP insurance specialist.

Quotes, binders, and policy changes are handled by a licensed MDP specialist through the ordinary placement process, not by the website assistant and not by an automated email.

Your inquiries

You agree that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We may follow up by email, phone, or text (if you consented) to discuss coverage. Submitting a form does not create an insurance contract and does not mean you are covered.

Text messages

By checking the SMS box on the quote form, you consent to receive texts from Turner Lacaze at the number you provide about your inquiry and related follow-up. Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase; no purchase is made on this site.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We use Twilio to deliver SMS. We do not sell your mobile number or SMS opt-in data. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, scrape it in a way that harms the service, submit others' personal information without permission, or use it to send unlawful content. We may refuse or stop a conversation that looks abusive or fraudulent.

Intellectual property

Site copy, design, and marks belong to Turner Lacaze, MDP, or their licensors. You may not copy them for a competing service. Carrier names and logos belong to those carriers.

Disclaimer

The site is provided as-is. Insurance is regulated; availability and terms depend on underwriting. To the fullest extent the law allows, we and MDP are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those states our liability is limited to the maximum the law permits.

Changes and law

We may update these terms by posting a new version at this URL. South Carolina law governs, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court strikes one clause, the rest still apply.
