This policy describes how Turner Lacaze, a licensed producer with Maury, Donnelly & Parr Inc (“MDP”), collects and uses information on this website and when we text you. It is written so a visitor can read it without signing in.

Who we are

What we collect

  • Quote-form details: name, business name, email, phone number, type of business, coverage interests, and anything you write in the notes field.
  • SMS consent, the time you opted in, and the messages we send or receive.
  • Chat messages you send the site assistant, and a session identifier stored in your browser.
  • Booking details if you schedule a call through Calendly.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to run and secure the site.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your insurance inquiry, prepare a quote, keep a record of our conversation, operate the website, and meet legal and insurance-regulatory requirements. We do not use the site to take payment or to bind coverage.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the box on our quote form, you agree that Turner Lacaze may text you at the number you provide about your inquiry, quotes, and related follow-up. Message frequency varies with your inquiry. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

We collect your mobile number and SMS opt-in solely to send those messages and to keep a record of consent. We use a messaging provider (currently Twilio) as a processor to deliver texts. That provider may process your number only to send and receive messages on our behalf, under confidentiality terms.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share mobile information with affiliates or partners for their marketing.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We will confirm the opt-out and stop promotional and follow-up texts to that number. Reply HELP or email [email protected] for help. You may also ask us in writing to delete your number.

Who we share information with

We share information only as needed to serve you: MDP and carrier partners when placing or servicing coverage; service providers who host this site, send email, or send SMS (including Twilio); and authorities when the law requires it. Those parties are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.

Retention

We keep inquiry, quote, and consent records for as long as needed to advise you and to meet insurance record-keeping rules, then delete or archive them. Chat session identifiers in your browser can be cleared by you at any time.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to end texts. Reply HELP for help.
  • Email [email protected] to access, correct, or ask us to delete personal information we hold, subject to legal retention duties.
  • You can refuse cookies in your browser; some site features may then work less well.

Security and children

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No website is perfectly secure. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and post the new version at this URL. Material changes to how we use SMS will be reflected here before we rely on them.
